We want all our customers to be satisfied. If you are not happy with your tallit, you can return it for a full refund, minus shipping costs and the cost of tzitzit if they were tied on. Please note that we cannot accept returns on items with custom embroidery or personalized sewing. Returns should be initiated within two weeks of delivery.
